Delivery to your house
Quick delivery to your house: Will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Home delivery: Will be delivered within 3-4 business days.
For distant locations, a delay of up to 5 business days may apply.
Delivery are made on Sundays-Thursdays. The shipping company will contact you to coordinate the delivery time of the package.
Delivery PickUp: Sent to collection points nationwide within 2-3 business days.
Self-Pickup: Orders can be collected at 5 Shlomo Halevi St., Har Hotzvim Jerusalem. Sundays-Thursdays from 09:00 to 17:00.

- Orders received after 9:00 in the morning will be processed on the next business day.
- No deliveries will be made on weekends and holidays.
- Orders can be places 24 hours a day.
- Orders will be processed during business hours between 09:00 – 17:00.
- Be sure to type in an exact address that includes floor, entry number, name on the door, name of the office, etc. – so that an accurate delivery can be made. Otherwise, the shipment will be delayed.
Product Return Policy:
Return of products / cancellation of a transaction by the customer
Products can be canceled within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, when they are in their original packaging and have not been opened and used. The shipping cost will not be refunded .
If a product meets the return conditions, a credit of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower, according to the law.
Products can be returned to our office or shipped by courier or courier company.
The store does not accept returned products or exchange by regular mail or registered mail.
Cancellation of a transaction by the site
The site reserves the right to cancel a transaction if the following conditions are met:

Should a product reach the user and it is damaged and / or broken because of the shipment, the user must notify the company immediately and no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment. A photo must be attached for the purpose of proving the defect and / or explanation of the product received by the user. The broken / damaged item must be kept and returned to the company as required. The operator will send another item in place of the broken item. Delay in reporting a defect in the supplied item will void the user’s right to receive a replacement item.
